- ALL COMMISSIONED PAINTINGS ARE FINAL SALE! Changes to painting can be discussed with artist.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price of 25% off or more is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or can not be returned.
- Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.
- Apparel returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. Item must be returned with original tags still attached and no signs of wear.
- Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
- Original shipping is not refundable.
- Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.
- Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions. ALL SLATE AND PAINTINGS ARE ONE OF A KIND AND UNIQUE. SLATE SHAPES DIFFERENT THAN THAN THE ONES PHOTOGRAPHED ARE NOT CONSIDERED A DEFECT.
- If your return is accepted we will gladly send you a RETURN LABEL VIA EMAIL and will not process any return to you until the item is approved.
