Although prints on slate, each tile is considered to be ORIGINAL works of art. Each slate is covered with hand drawn details using oil based gold foil ink.

Slate Process:
Each slate is tested for weak edges, cleaned and sealed. After we seal the slate we paint on the slate's chosen print and seal the print with painting medium.
After drying, each slate is signed by the artist and details are added using gold foil ink.
Lastly, we tie jute on the slate for it to hang on a wall and BAM you have yourself a New Orleans roofing slate with an Artist Taylor Anne original print and drawing.
